We'll move ourselves and we'll string some beads, we'll drink some tea and end with a restorative pose and a new string of meditation beads

About the Event

Bring:

Some string or thread to fit through enough beads to make a necklace,( I am suggesting 108 beads as this number is often used for meditation but that number is not required - this is your thing) 

A blanket or two &/or  a pillow or two, a yoga mat and the only essential ingredient is YOU!

Wear comfortable clothing, use a chair and table if that is healthiest for your structure while stringing beads. 

We will do very gentle movement in between the stringing of beads, ending with a restorative pose and some nourishing conversation to savour.

If you have a favourite tea, brew it - you are welcome to share a recipe or mix that resonates!

If you have a favorite quote, bring it and you are welcome to share just why it resonates with you
