Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Course (5)
Join Us for the 90 minute Orientation March 26th (another option is March 30th, 5pm Pacific)- It's a good way to hear about the course and decide if it IS a fit for you at this time. The course will run for 8 weeks, meeting once a week. Included is a day long retreat, in week 6!

MBSR is an 8-week evidence-based program that offers an experiential approach designed to provide participants with intensive and systematic mindfulness training. Through meditation and movement practices, participants will learn and apply ways to decrease stress, anxiety and depression through integrating MBSR techniques into our daily lives by participating in the program.
Research on mindfulness-based training has consistently demonstrated positive outcomes associated with increased self-awareness, attention and emotional regulation; a reduction in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions including anxiety, depression and chronic pain. Please join us and explore how mindfulness may support you in living life more fully, with greater peace, ease and joy.
**Course involves home practice of mindfulness 45 minutes per day/6/7 days per week**
