Join Us for the 90 minute Orientation July 6th, 12pm or 5pm Pacific- It's a good way to hear about the course and decide if it IS a fit for you at this time. The course will run for 8 weeks, meeting once a week. Included is a day long retreat, in week 6!

**Class is 2.5 hours**
All-day Retreat: Saturday, August 20th (12p – 6:30p PT)

What is this course offering? An 8-week evidence-based program that offers an experiential approach designed to provide participants with intensive mindfulness training.
Through meditation, movement and home practices, participants will learn to observe and develop their own ways of addressing and decreasing stress.
Research on mindfulness-based training has consistently demonstrated positive outcomes associated with increased self-awareness, attention and emotional regulation, a reduction in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions including anxiety, depression & chronic pain.
Each session includes: movement (to your own pace and depth) & mindfulness practice.
Please join us and explore how mindfulness may support you in living life more fully, with greater peace, ease and joy.
*Course involves home practice of 40+ minutes per day, 6 days per week*
